After graduating from Union College in 2017, Justin spent nine months living at Engeye as a Union College Minerva Fellow. During his fellowship, Justin worked at Engeye Health Clinic, assisting the women who were part of the Engeye Artisans Project, running educational programs for the Engeye Scholars and children in the village, and loving the people of Ddegeya who made his time there so rewarding. Upon returning home in April, 2018, he joined the Scholars Committee as a way to keep Engeye close. Justin is currently a student at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
