Brooke Lamparello, MD

Dr. Brooke Lamparello is an OB/Gyn resident at Albany Medical Center
in Albany, NY. She has a special interest in international women’s and
maternal health and refugee populations. Prior to becoming an OB/Gyn
resident, she completed a residency in Family Medicine at Albany
Medical Center. It was during FP residency, she first traveled to
Engeye in January of 2017 and fell in love with the community,
environment, and incredible experience that is Engeye. Since then, she
has been actively involved with Engeye’s medical committee and women’s
health subcommittee.
In addition to women’s health, Dr. Lamparello’s passions involve
teaching medical students and residents, global health, and clinical
research. Prior to matriculation in medical school, she worked as a
clinical researcher at the Joslin Diabetes Center, Massachusetts
General Hospital, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Outside of Engeye,
she is also actively involved with various volunteer organizations in
the Albany, NY community.
