Paul is a Professor of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Albany Medical Center, a primary care physician for children and adults in their community-based practice, a preceptor for residents and 3rd-year students at their office, and a teacher of evidence-based medicine to 1st and 2nd year students. He conducts research on health-related judgments and decision making, primarily with health psychologists in France.

He has been a supervising physician and lead physician on student and resident trips to Engeye in 2012, 2016, and 2020. He has been a great support and consultant with mentoring our public health interns and protocol development.
